NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT

I was involved in this project from the beginning including:

• Script suggestions

• Creating a rough cut of multiple script drafts using AI cloned voices of the three webinar participants to check timing and conversation flow

• Planning, producing, and directing the CEO's shoot in a green screen studio

• Recording the remote participants

• Editing

• Compositing the green screen footage and the other participants' video into a virtual background environment

The approach we decided on was a conversation between Provar's CEO (to give an introduction to the problem and our solution), Provar's CPTO (to provide the technical details along with product features and benefits), and the founder of a leading consultancy currently deploying AI Agents (to provide a third party perspective on the problem and our solution in addition to providing some industry credibility). This approach required planning and conscious decisions when recording the various sources to make sure it would feel like they were having a live conversation even though they were all recorded separately.

This video was initially played back as a live webinar, and went on to be used as a whole on Provar's Youtube channel and in selected clips on social media.

I also created the teaser for this announcement webinar on a very tight deadline.
